In addition to the emergency contacts above, please read the following points carefully:
1. Due to a strict Parliamentary protocol, I can only take up your case or respond to your enquiry if you live in the Enfield North constituency. Please ensure you have included your full address, postcode, and contact number within your email, or resend your email with this information if necessary. I cannot take up your case without this information.
Due to demand for assistance from my office, and the limited resources available, I am unable to review all requests and must prioritise those in greatest need. If you are not an Enfield North resident, you will not receive a response to your email, but you will be provided with information on who your MP is. I apologise in advance but hope you can appreciate the reasons why.
2. To check whether you are an Enfield North constituent, please enter your postcode here.
3. My office receives hundreds of emails each day and we respond as quickly as possible. We aim to respond to casework enquiries within 15 working days.
4. By emailing and asking for help or advice we assume consent to work on your behalf. If this is not the case, you must let us know – you can withdraw your consent at any time – but please note that work on your case will cease once you withdraw. I will undertake casework using personal information provided by or on behalf of a constituent. It may be necessary for me to share your information with third party organisations. I will only do so where it is necessary and reasonable to do so, and I will share only the minimum amount of personal information necessary in order to advocate on your behalf. To find out my full privacy policy and how your data is used please click here.
With best wishes and thank you for your email and for your patience in reading all of this message!
Feryal Clark MP
